Online Dictionary is a free mobile application developed by Livio, available on Android. It is an educational and reference app in the Books subcategory. This app provides a dictionary that explains the meanings of words based on English, Italian, French, Portuguese, German and Spanish Wiktionary. It's a lightweight app without any ads that offers multi-language support, bookmarks, search history, and themes with user-defined text colors. It is optimized for both tablets and phones, and also has a read-aloud option. The app also offers a random search button and search with wildcards * and ?. The backup and restore of bookmarks and settings is available on local storage and on Google Drive, Dropbox, and Box clouds. The app has a configurable Floating Action Button (FAB), shake gesture, and personal notes feature. The OCR Plugin allows a camera search via OCR, which is available only on Android 4.2 or later devices with a back camera. Please note that this app is not a translator.
